Unconform helps organisations get smarter about women’s lived experiences, go further in their research faster, and be more equitable from the get-go.
Women-Centric Impact Strategy
Partner with us to develop and incorporate a women-centric design strategy into your projects and organisational processes.
We can help you:
Articulate a women-centric design perspective aligned with your project objectives;
Create frameworks to help you identify initiatives and solutions that genuinely serve women;
Formulate success metrics that not only align with your organisational KPIs, but also reflect the desired outcomes for the women you aim to serve.
Women-Centric Research & Design
Let us support your discovery, insights, design sprint, and prototyping process. Leveraging our women-centric design toolkit and expertise, we guide teams:
Identify the most impactful opportunity areas for women;
Facilitate ideation sessions inspired by existing women-centric examples;
Develop solutions that mitigate the unintended consequences that women are likely to encounter otherwise.
Women-Centric Learning & Facilitation
Engage us to facilitate our introductory workshop or deep-dive course to build women-centric design expertise within your organisational teams. Our workshops and courses introduce foundational concepts, frameworks, and tools from our approach, providing practitioners with the opportunity to apply them in a community setting.
-
Suitable for many roles in the organisation, this workshop introduces practitioners to our foundation Women-Centric Design frameworks.
-
The women-centric design course is built for practitioners hoping to go deeper into our gender-holistic design tools and methods, apply them to a real project, and embed the methods in their day-to-day processes.
-
In this talk, our founder Mansi will share Women-Centric Design, a culmination of key themes, design principles, and tools emerging from deep research with feminist and gender practitioners and how we might embed some of these findings into our design processes.
Fractional Gender-Design Leadership
Fractional leadership is a flexible model where organizations engage part-time design leaders to drive and guide design strategies and initiatives. In a fractional leader partnership, we will work with you part-time to build the foundations of your gender-design strategy, capacity, and team. We can support both – design teams embed a gender lens, and gender teams get comfortable with various design approaches.

Charlotte Bella, Product Manager at Booking.com
“I was fortunate enough to attend one of Mansi's workshops and invited her to run a workshop at our Product Summit in September which was an instant success. The absolute best outcome was that this inspired three of my colleagues (two of whom are men) to lead on their own inclusivity initiatives which they are launching in. Mansi is incredibly knowledgable in her area and the way she delivers her workshop is nothing short of inspiring.”
Dipika Prasad, Senior Product Lead at IDEO
“I was so amazed at how Mansi worked through the ambiguity of that question and helped us build out an evaluation process that (from all of our benchmarking) is the first-of-its-kind lens to not only evaluate but help design financial products that can be transformative for women. We brought her in to help design an evaluation methodology, but she's gone above and beyond and contributed to the accelerator program design in such a meaningful way. Not only are her insights deep and impactful, she's an absolute joy to work with day-in and day-out. She's also an excellent facilitator and brought the women-centric design framework to life for our team and ventures through a really impactful workshop.”
Victor Udeowa, Chief Experience Officer & Service Design Lead at NASA
“Mansi delivered a brilliant mix of teaching, discussion, and collaborative activities that made us think. She introduced a framework that people felt they could back and use in their projects. It was especially helpful as many of us are working in government agencies that are trying to determine how to fulfill an executive order mandating equity in our services.”
We partner with organisations in finance, healthcare, international development, tech, entrepreneurship, and beyond, who are ready to level up their research, design, and strategy of products and services to deliver true impact for women.
